The fundamentals: promoting your ordering services

A solid online presence is essential to the success of any business. This is especially true for restaurants looking to expand their customer base and increase sales. Online ordering services have become a critical part of this strategy, offering added convenience and flexibility to customers, employees and managers.

However, simply implementing an online ordering system is not enough. To maximize its impact, it’s important to effectively promote these services to your target audience. This is where the “essentials” of online ordering promotion come into play.


1. Online ordering platform

  • Add a clearly visible call-to-action button to your website’s main menu. Make sure it works.
  • Remember to always include call-to-action buttons (“Order here,” “Order now,, “Order online”) under your social posts.
  • Post regularly on your Google business profile to maximize your search engine visibility.
