Step-by-Step Self-Onboarding
Before starting the integration, your restaurant needs to be a NiceJob client. This means you must have an active NiceJob account. If you are not a NiceJob customer, please feel free to discuss with your UEAT account manager to be referred to NiceJob’s team.
Follow these steps to set up the NiceJob integration on your UEAT platform for your restaurant. If your restaurant brand has multiple locations, you will need to configure each one separately. Make sure you have each location’s NiceJob credentials or admin access ready.
Step 1: Access the Customer Experience section of the UEAT Backoffice
- Go to the UEAT BackOffice, using your admin credentials to access the headquarter.
- From the left-hand menu, under the Integrations section, click on “Customer Experience”.
Step 2: Select NiceJob as the provider
- Enable the Customer Reviews feature.
- Select NiceJob as the provider.
- The system will display all the restaurant locations associated with your brand.
Step 3: Configure the integration for each location
You need to configure the integration for each location where you want to enable NiceJob for review management. Follow these steps for each location.
- Next to each location, click the Configure button.
- This will open a new screen where you can input your NiceJob credentials.
If you are unsure about your NiceJob credentials, please contact NiceJob Support.
3. Select the appropriate location that you would like to link. and click on ther button “ALLOW”.
4. The status of the integration of the location will be updated in the UEAT BackOffice.
5. Repeat the configuration process for your next location, if needed.
Deactivate the Integration
If you ever wish to deactivate the NiceJob integration for a specific location, you can do so at any time.
- For the location you want to deactivate, click the Deactivate button
- Confirm the deactivation process and NiceJob will no longer be active for that location.
Monitor and Manage Reviews with NiceJob
After completing the integration, you can begin using NiceJob to manage and monitor reviews for each restaurant location that has been integrated, in your NiceJob Portal. You can customize the messages and triggers based on your preferences, thank customers for their feedback and address any negative reviews to maintain a positive reputation.
