  •  Prepare the department schedule, coordinate coverage, fill-in for short staffing
  • Lead Scrum meetings, address questions, technical needs of the Agents
  • Make sure that resources respect the schedule and assigned duties
  • Assure adequate coverage in areas to meet client demands
  • Availability in covering night / weekend / holidays when scheduled
  • Demonstrate leadership and continuity planning during incidents and service disruptions 
  • Review agent workload, assigning tickets assuring quick and complete processing of support tickets and alerts 

Qualifications (prerequisites)

  • Leadership 
  • Being organized, disciplined, rigorous and autonomous
  • Ability to work with several teams 
  • Good analytical skills 
  • Good business sense


  • 3 years of experience in direct supervision in a traditional call center
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
