Tasks & responsibilities

  • Build and enrich lists of sales leads
  • Assign inbound sales leads to the salesperson on a daily basis
  • Participate in the deployment of our business development strategy (outbound)
  • Keep our databases current and in order
  • Help produce the sales report
  • Make the first contact on the customer chat tool
  • Support the teams in their day-to-day lives
  •  Perform all related administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar job
  • Good knowledge of the Google suite
  • Comfortable with technologies
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Experience working with a CRM and knowledge of the restaurant industry is an
    asset
