Tasks & responsibilities

  • Organize travel details for the Enterprise team (business trips, hotel and restaurant reservations, car rentals, etc.)
  • Organize the itineraries for customers and/or leads visiting the UEAT head office in Quebec City. (travel, hotel, dinner, activities, etc.)
  • Oversee various projects
  • Provide lists of leads, contacts or other types of information relevant to prospecting
  • Perform administrative and/or logistical tasks related to the Enterprise team and its sales, prospecting and nurturing activities
  • Create and provide sales performance KPI reports
  • Handle expense accounts for the Enterprise team


  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Responsive (a quick-thinker)
  • Be organized, disciplined and meticulous
  • Great time management and manage priorities well (important vs urgent)
  • Experience with CRM, Excel, G Suite, and other work tools
  • Bilingual (English/French)
