Responsibilities

  • Present and demonstrate our state-of-the-art online ordering platform powered by artificial intelligence to potential customers using strategic sales methodologies
  • Act as a consultant, coach and challenger with decisions makers and influencers in restaurant chains to educate them on how they can better serve their digital customers
  • Develop new business with 100% emphasis on new account development by prospecting, cold calling, emailing, linkedIn with medium-to-large chains of 11 locations and more
  • Manage leads that come from from our SDRs, marketing or alliance manager teams in order to convert them into opportunities and deals 
  • Prepare and deliver high-level sales presentations and proposal to prospective clients
  • Maintain good relationship with restaurant ecosystem partners (loyalty program, delivery, POS etc) to develop tailored proposal that meet chains needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with key members of the product owner teams to work on technical and customized proposals when applicable
  • Use sales tools, such as Zoho CRM, PandaDoc, Google Suite or another to communicate and archive customer dat

Qualifications (prerequisites)

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • B2B sales and major accounts experience in SaaS technology/software products
  • Be positive, persistent, resourceful, autonomous, resilient and a fast learner
  • Be a closer
