  • Handle the complete planning of various projects:
    • Conduct needs assessments
    • Complete feasibility and financial profitability analyses
    • Draft the project plan, budget and the timelines for completion
  • Implement projects involving various teams
  • Communicate project goals, schedule, budget and obstacles with teams and other stakeholders as needed
  • Coordinate, monitor and report the progress and overall performance of your projects 
    • Organize project review meetings to validate that the schedule is being followed
    • Effectively communicate all aspects of the project (status, next steps, obstacles, budget, schedule) with all project stakeholders
    • Organize changes and predict their impacts on project completion
    • Identify project risks as well as challenges in order to find solutions with the teams
    • Report potential problems and proposed solutions to senior management as needed
  • Participate in the definition of roadmaps, in the development and breakdown of the projects produced
  • Develop and support the development and continuous improvement of project management activities

You have the following ingredients

  • Be a good communicator in both English and French
  • Demonstrate leadership, be autonomous and be able to self-motivate
  • Be organized, disciplined and rigorous
  • Have a strong ability to prioritize and manage time (important vs. urgent)
  • Be results-oriented and have the desire to win
  • Have knowledge of a project’s financial, technical and operational aspects
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and have a good team spirit


  • An undergraduate university degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing complex projects
  • In-depth knowledge of product lifecycles and project management
  • Professional certification in project management or equivalent accreditation required (Agile, PMBOK or other certifications).
  • Knowledge of project management tools.
