Tasks & responsibilities

  • Prepare new PCs or Macs and install applications on employee computers as needed
  • Install workstations, including peripherals, as well as migrate printers to a new server
  • Resolve employee issues remotely or onsite
  • Oversee the migration between different technologies
  • Follow the processes in place to complete requests within pre-established deadlines
  • Play an important role in welcoming and integrating new employees from an IT perspective
  • Document all work performed and solutions for incidents
  • Propose optimization solutions to better support the internal team
  • Follow up with users to ensure their needs are met
  • Maintain the computer infrastructure
  • Notify your supervisor(s) of any anomalies

Qualifications

  • DEC in computer science or any other relevant training
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in the Google Drive suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Mail)
  • Resourceful, autonomous and versatile
  • Meticulous and rigorous
