Tasks & responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact in managing customer relationships 
  • Optimize the customer experience at all stages 
  • Help clients increase their orders and average cart sizes 
  • Ensure optimal use of UEAT solutions by all clients 
  • Sell new products to existing clients 
  • Identify ideal customer stories and gain customer approval 
  • Provide continuous client training
  • Implement strategies to ensure client retention and reduce churn
  • Handle and resolve complaints

Qualifications

  • College or university diploma in administration or similar field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Experience in customer service, sales and/or project management
  • Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) at an advanced level
  • Extensive CRM knowledge (an asset)
