Tasks & responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact in managing customer relationships
- Optimize the customer experience at all stages
- Help clients increase their orders and average cart sizes
- Ensure optimal use of UEAT solutions by all clients
- Sell new products to existing clients
- Identify ideal customer stories and gain customer approval
- Provide continuous client training
- Implement strategies to ensure client retention and reduce churn
- Handle and resolve complaints
Qualifications
- College or university diploma in administration or similar field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Experience in customer service, sales and/or project management
- Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) at an advanced level
- Extensive CRM knowledge (an asset)
